1. 生物传感器的构建及在肿瘤早期诊断中的应用:通过利用纳米材料以及各种信号放大技术实现对肿瘤早期标志物(如外泌体)的快速超灵敏检测。
2. 高效纳米药物递送载体的设计及应用:主要是利用细胞膜形成的纳米材料(如细胞外囊泡)来设计高效装载和递送蛋白及核酸等药物的递送系统。
3. 细胞外囊泡的内容物分选及调控机制的研究:利用成像等技术探索肿瘤细胞中细胞外囊泡的内容物分选及调控机制,从而研究内容物对肿瘤细胞的影响机制。
