胶质母细胞瘤GBM（Glioblastoma）是最恶性的脑部肿瘤，而胶质瘤干细胞GSCs (glioma stem cell)在GBM的发生发展中发挥着关键的作用，本实验室主要研究肿瘤干细胞的干性调控分子机制及其诊疗意义。我们主要发掘新型分子肿瘤标志物，寻找有效靶向GSCs的小分子药物。
目前的研究方向包括：
1. 气体分子代谢机制在GSC干性维持中的作用；
2.蛋白SUMO化修饰对胶质瘤微环境的调控作用；
3.低氧应激相关的GSC干性调控机制。其相关研究发表于EMBO Journal、Neuro-oncology、Nature Communications等学术期刊。
