基因表达调控形成复杂的网络,并精细的控制细胞命运和分化发育,其失调导致疾病的发生。本课题组以神经系统脊髓为研究系统,采用干细胞、组学以及动物模型等多种前沿手段系统剖析神经细胞的特异性产生和分化发育的分子细胞机制,着重研究表观遗传因子在神经细胞命运决定和发育过程中对基因表达网络的调控机制以及在疾病发生发展过程中的表观遗传机制,并探讨干细胞定向分化的潜在应用。
