主要从事《细胞工程》、《微生物学》、《食品生物技术导论》及《生物技术综合实验》等课程教学工作。
镉是环境中普遍存在的污染物,长期低剂量镉暴露会引起包括前列腺在内的多器官肿瘤。本实验室主要利用Western blotting、qPCR、ChIP、免疫荧光、活细胞成像和基因敲除等分子生物学技术,致力于探索低剂量镉暴露诱发前列腺肿瘤及其转移的分子机制。
