线粒体作为生命过程中不可或缺的能量、代谢物及信号来源,其质量控制与稳态维持尤为重要。我们将利用体内外模型,结合蛋白组学和代谢组学等手段,探索线粒体质量控制在多种疾病发生发展中的作用机制。同时还进行针对抗衰老药物的转化应用研究,从线粒体稳态维持方向着手,解析筛选药物的作用机理及抗衰老作用。
