课题组研究方向为肝脏疾病的免疫学机制。肝脏含有丰富的免疫细胞,其在代谢性肝病及肝癌中的作用尚不明确。课题组利用不同的肝病模型及细胞特异性敲除小鼠,深入探究不同免疫细胞在肝病的作用及分子机制,为肝病的治疗提供新策略和新思路。
