T细胞激活后能够有效清除肿瘤和对抗病毒感染,但T细胞异常激活或Treg功能缺失,也会导致自身免疫病。本课题组致力于研究T细胞发育、分化、耗竭和死亡在抗肿瘤免疫和自身免疫病中的机制研究。结合安徽医科大学的临床资源优势,在今后的工作中着力于:
(1) 以系统性红斑狼疮、多发性硬化病为主的自身免疫病的免疫机理研究;
(2) 抗肿瘤免疫中CD8+T细胞和Treg细胞中新型免疫治疗靶点的筛选;
(3) 生殖和代谢类等疾病中免疫系统异常的机制研究。
