异基因造血干细胞移植(Allo-SCT)是治疗高危恶性血液病的选择之一,也是唯一有治愈可能的治疗手段。Allo-SCT的治疗效果主要归功于供体来源同种反应性ab T细胞(Alloreactive T cell, Allo-T),识别并杀伤leukemia,介导移植物抗白血病效应(Graft versus leukemia, GVL)。供体的Allo-T同样可以针对宿主健康组织,这被称为移植物抗宿主病(Graft versus host disease,GVHD)。GVHD和移植后leukemia的复发是影响患者存活率的主要障碍。因此,本实验室目前的研究工作集中在三个方向:
1. Allo-T介导GVL的相关机制;
2. 决定GVL sensitive或者GVL resistance的leukemia内在因素,并在此基础上,寻找潜在的治疗靶点;
3. 寻求有效防治GVHD发生而不引起免疫抑制,且能保留良好GVL效应的方法。
